Run the Concurrent Program
Go to respon Funtional Administrator > Home > Core Services > Caching Framework > Global Configuaration > Clear All Cache
Run the Concurrent Program
Synchronize WF LOCAL tables
Workflow Directory Services User/Role
If still you find this issue is not resolved , then pls go head and Run the Script in the Putty
exec wf_maintenance.ValidateUserRoles(p_BatchSize => 1000, p_check_dangling => FALSE, p_check_missing_ura => TRUE, p_UpdateWho => FALSE);
Go to respon Funtional Administrator > Home > Core Services > Caching Framework > Global Configuaration > Clear All Cache
