How to Open Multiple Oracle Instance in Windows :
Go to IE in desktop
Right Click and select properties.
In Target add space –nomerge after iexplore.exe"
Like below and it works.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nomerge
